Random trivia questions are all the rage on June 26th from 9 am-4 pm in our “What Do You Know about That? Trivia Contest” for patrons ages 14-up.
For patrons and visitors of all ages, you can take a guess at the number of candies in our “Jolly Amusing Jolly Ranchers Guessing Game” at the Circulation Desk. Be the closest without going over and win!
It’s that time of year again! Summer is here, and the Summer Reading Program gets underway at the Fairview Public Library. Mrs. Darlene’s adult readers will get into the “Literary Elements” of reading beginning June 6th.
A perennial favorite, the Cook-a-Book program returns on June 10th with “Season’s Eatings, Season’s Readings.” We kick off our four-week program with “Fall” which will be followed by “Winter” on June 17th, “Spring” on June 24th, and the “Summer” finale on July 1st. Juvenile patrons will be treated to stories, games, crafts, and snacks thematically developed around the four seasons. So, come cook up some fun with us this summer!

Mrs. Linda’s teen group begins its “Spark a Reaction” four-week session on June 9th; patrons ages 10-up are invited to join her for hot topics such as “The Eyes Have It,” “Dead and Loving It,” and “Fire It Up!”
